ShiDie Hotel is a renovation project that our company complished in 2020. The original building is a hotel with the budget hotel license .Our team redesigned the whole interior of the hotel , and built a new visual identity for them. Our company dispatched an in-house construction team to carry out the basic renovation of the original hotel, including the fire protection and interior required by the building regulations, and also obtained a new license. At the same time, our design team re-designed the vi for the new hotel, which not only improved the practicality of ShiDie Hotel, but also gave it beauty of Japanese design.
STONE HOTEL 石叠
石畳項目是我公司在2020年接手的整體改造項目，原先是位於千代田區的簡易宿泊牌照酒店。我司派出社內施工團隊對原酒店進行了包括建築法規規定的消防、內裝等的基礎改造之外，也一併取得了新牌照。同時設計團隊針對其重新進行了vi設計，在提高了石疉酒店實用性的同時，更使之兼具了日式設計的美感。
石畳ホテルは本社2020年に開始し全体リノベーションプロジェクト、元々は千代田区の簡易ホテル。社内工事チームが建築基準法、消防法の法令を従って基礎改築をしてだけでなく、新たな営業許可も本社が取得。同時デザインチームがこちらの施設に対してVIも再デザイン、石畳ホテルの実用性を高めて、和風デザインの美感も活かすことができる。

本次設計應房東要求，結合原有裝修選擇了新·和風式設計，在洋風住宅的結構上融合了日式元素。通過抬高榻榻米的空間的設計，讓榻榻米空間保持了兼具臥室與客廳的多功能性，又解決了床鋪較硬的問題。同時也在日本常態的窄小住宿空間內為遊客增加了行李儲存空間。利用現代住宅結構，將石材，榻榻米作為素材，配合和紙打造了一個清新脫俗的新·和風空間。
This design is based on the request of the clients also acrroding the original decoration of hotel the new Japanese style design was chosen, and Japanese elements were integrated into the structure of the western style. Through the design of raising the tatami space, let the tatami keep functions of both living room and bedroom , and solves the problem of hard beds. At the same time, it also adds storage space for tourists. Using modern residential structure, use stone and tatami as material, and using Japanese paper to create a fresh and refined new Japanese style space.

將逃生消防梯巧妙的包裹在了建築視覺死角，大大降低了公共面積的同時，利用擡高的一樓空間。由於水泥材質給人的厚重感，設計師kousin將一樓與鄰居的相鄰墻面做了鏤空設計，利用房屋之間的縫隙種植竹子，完美的體現了設計師將古風美融入現代建築的想法。
The escape fire ladder is cleverly wrapped in the blind corner of the building, which greatly reduces the waste of public area. At the same time, the raised space on the first floor bacome useful. Due to the heavy feeling of the cement material, Designer kousin designed ahollow wall, and planted bamboo in the gaps between the houses, which perfectly reflects the designer's idea of integrating Asian classic beauty into modern architecture.
1F採用較高的天井營造了通透的室內環境，加之充滿氛圍感的石材地板、榻榻米、櫻花木以及和風棉布，構成了頗具 “詫寂風”的公共空間。
On the 1st floor, a high patio is used to create a Wabi-sabi public space through the stone floor, tatami seating area, and the combination of cherry blossom wood and Japanese style cotton cloth.
2F臥室採用階梯式設計，將榻榻米、休閒空間、辦公空間、衛浴空間有序分隔。充分利用10平米的面積的同時盡可能給客人以寬鬆舒適的居住感受。
The bedroom on 2F used stepped design, tatami space, leisure space, work space and bathroom are distributed in an orderly manner, which not only makes full use of the10 square meters bedroom space , but also brings people a relaxed and comfortable feeling.
3F採用onehouse設計，裝潢選用和式布與和風木材，以及抬高榻榻米床鋪的設計，講原有狹長空間完美劃分成了1LDK洋房。
3F is a onehouse design, using Japanese cloth and Japanese wood for decration, and raising the tatami bed , the original long and narrow space is perfectly divided into 1ldk rooms.
4F採用客臥一體開放空間設計，並利用大窗本體打造了一個極具和風特色的榻榻米空間，采光良好讓兩個空間相輔相成的同時，也可以根據客人要求互换空间功能。
On the 4F, we made open space design of guest and bedroom, and uses the large window to create a Japanese-style tatami space . While the two spaces complement each other, they can also call for functions according to the requirements of the guests.
5F有著採光極好的精美和式空間，設計上和4F有異曲同工之妙。除此之外我們還特意加設了純洋式一室一廳空間，以豐富客人入住時的選擇。
On the 5F, there is a beautiful Japanese-style space is similar to the 4F. Beside ，We also added a pure Western-style one-bedroom and one-living room space to make more choices for guests.
